• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays).

• You’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand seasons.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• A standard ₹70 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

• COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include a small handling fee.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You can also track your order directly through our Track My Order page.

5. Delays or Issues

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.
DropOut is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Currently, we only ship within India.
