At DropOut, your satisfaction is our priority.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help you with easy returns and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

The original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact.

The product is not on clearance or final sale.
❗Certain items like innerwear, socks, and accessories are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Our team will guide you through the pickup or return process.
3. Return Shipping

For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return shipping.

For size or preference returns, customers may be charged a ₹70 return pickup fee (deducted from refund).
4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for the same product in a different size (subject to availability).

If the replacement isn’t available, you’ll receive a full refund or store credit.
5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, if they haven’t been shipped yet.
After dispatch, cancellations aren’t possible — but you can request a return once received.
